首先 祭出eureka的官方文档

添加@EnableEurekaClient 注解

导入依赖

emergency! eureka may be incorrectly claiming instances are up when they’re not. renewals are lesser
这个警告是由于我们心跳小于5下 就会报出提示（不影响使用）
